Brenda L. Cooper is the founder and CEO of Health and Wellnes, LLC.

Brenda is a board-certified surgical technologist and educator (RET). She is a licensed cosmetologist instructor/ medical aesthetician training, including health coaching, from the Health Coach Institute in Boise, Idaho.
